Promotional period & terms

The promotion is available for all new bookings created between 6 and 15 February 2026, and for travel dates throughout 2026.

One free ticket per person booked will be granted for any e-scooter tour or rental within the above time period. Please note that the number of event tickets available is limited to the first 10 (ten) registrations per event and is subject to availability.

The selected event does not have to fall on the same day as the e-scooter tour or ride which you purchase.

A38 ticket redemption info & terms

• Vouchers can only be used for events included in the E-magine programme series. The eligible events are available at A38’s dedicated “E-Magine Event Series” page. Please note that events are uploaded continuously to the calendar.
• Registration is subject to availability: sold out events and Live Nation shows are not eligible.
• Registration must be completed no later than 6:00 PM (18:00) on the day of the selected event.
• Vouchers are available until 31 December 2026.
